Job Summary
The Research and Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and improvement of products, processes, or technologies. This role manages R&D projects, supervises technical teams, ensures innovation aligns with business goals, and drives continuous improvement to maintain competitiveness in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and oversee research and development projects from concept to completion
* Lead and mentor R&D engineers, scientists, and technical staff
* Identify new product opportunities, technologies, and market trends
* Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and evaluate results
* Collaborate with production, quality, marketing, and sales teams
* Manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field
* 5–10 years of experience in research and development or product development
* Proven experience in managing technical teams and projects
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Knowledge of industry regulations, quality systems, and R&D methodologies
