* Driving improvement in the supplier Quality Management System (QMS)
* Supporting tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics associated with supplier performance

Key tasks involve proposing and developing effective quality improvement plans, maintaining and tracking completion of supplier action plans, and providing training and problem-solving expertise at supplier locations.

You will also identify and execute cost reduction opportunities at suppliers and transfer lessons learned from the supply base to internal functions for inclusion into next-generation designs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience, as well as 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
