Consumer Planning and Insights Expert
We are seeking an accomplished Consumer Planning and Insights professional to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Planning and Insights Team, you will champion human truth by delivering best-in-class insights for the Tourism category.
The successful candidate will support our strategic goals by delivering actionable visitor insights across various research projects, including tracking, concept testing, advertising, and destination experiences.
About the Role
* Conduct and direct qualitative and quantitative research analysis to uncover actionable business insights.
* Develop and deliver insight-led reports and presentations aligned with strategic objectives.
* Recommend relevant actions and solutions based on evidence-driven insights.
* Evaluate external agency research outputs and contribute to findings with innovative thinking.
* Engage in collaborative data analysis across internal teams and research suppliers.
Your Background
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in research, either within a consumer-driven organization or a research agency/supplier.
* Proven experience managing large-scale research projects, including managing fieldwork logistics and research suppliers.
* Demonstrated experience in survey design, presenting research findings and data analysis with high attention to detail.
Requirements
* A Professional Qualification (minimum Level 6 under the QQI Framework) in a related discipline.
