Main tasks:
* Respond to customers' emails
* Assisting customers over the phone in a timely and professional manner.
* Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable systems
* Transfers calls to appropriate departments when required
* Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
* Follow up customer calls where necessary
* Complete call logs and reports
* Administrative tasks
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch and in English
* Previous customer service experience is a big plus however, the candidates with no customer service background will also be considered as full training is provided
* Good IT skills
