As a CO+I DIAT, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma AND warehouse/supply chain experience in an IT environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or related field
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, logistics, or operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) for a large organization
Providing guidance to technicians on deliveries and documentation
Coordinating with external stakeholders such as warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers
Handling escalations during high-volume work or critical situations
Using technical skills to resolve issues and support data center activities
Maintaining inventory accuracy and managing RMA processes
Managing schedules for DBD destruction and ensuring procedural compliance
Contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives
