Our client is a fast-growing, Irish Start-Up headquartered in Dublin City Centre. They are looking for an experienced Qualified Accountant (3+ years PQE) to join their team on a permanent basis as Senior Financial Accountant in a role that offers exposure to all aspects of Finance.ABOUT THE ROLE:They are entering an exciting growth phase and this role will play an integral role in the scaling up of the finance function and the business. It offers exceptional exposure to all areas operations.Main duties and responsibilities will include:Preparation of monthly management reporting packs;Ownership of month-end reporting process;Contribute in KPI analysis, cost analysis and board reporting;Support in the implementation of scalable systems and processes;On-going process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise;Business partnering with multiple internal stakeholders.ABOUT THE PERSON:Qualified accountant with 3+ years\' PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA);Industry PQE in Manufacturing or SME environments is preferred;Self-starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious;Solid working knowledge of Excel.If you are interested in joining a successful, growing and Irish start-up, please hit apply.
