Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Workshop Foreman to support our service department at Mooney's Hyundai, Longmile Rd. This role focuses on workshop efficiency and team leadership/
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support a team of technicians in a fast-paced Hyundai workshop
· Assign and manage daily workload to maximise efficiency
· Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets Hyundai standards
· Assist with diagnostics, complex repairs, and fault finding
· Maintain accurate job cards, documentation, and warranty compliance
· Liaise with Service Advisors, Parts, and Management
· Maintain workshop organisation, safety, and productivity
· Support technician development and continuous training
· Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Requirements
* Qualified Motor Technician (Hyundai experience an advantage).
* Experience as Foreman/Senior Technician Or Master Tech.
* Strong diagnostic and leadership skills.
* Full clean driving licence.
