Overview
As a Consultant on our Professional Services team, you will onboard, expand, and drive strategic outcomes with Gong customers. This role represents the first Professional Services resource deployed in EMEA, requiring the ability to work cross-functionally with localized teams and manage commitments across multiple concurrent projects. You will work with customers to see, learn, use, and realize value from the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform, aligning customer use cases with product capabilities and our services methodology.
Responsibilities
Guide customers to configure their Gong instance to drive maximum value for their business.
Map customer objectives to product use cases to demonstrate outcomes that meet our methodology exit criteria.
Manage competing priorities across multiple customer implementations.
Manage projects to agreed timelines, escalate delays, and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain product expertise across the Gong product line, APIs, and 3rd party apps.
Collaborate with customers to understand their Gong use cases.
Work with customers’ technical and security teams to deploy Gong and integrate with internal systems.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales.
Conduct and coordinate meetings onsite and remotely according to Gong implementation standards.
Facilitate identification, internal communication, and resolution for Gong product issues.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Experience with Cloud, SaaS, and/or enterprise software.
Strong CRM experience or knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics preferred).
Experience with SaaS applications that support large-scale business processes.
Ability to work with diverse customer operations and technical teams.
Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders in customer engagements.
Comfort navigating evolving product lines and methodology iterations; ability to support bespoke customer needs.
Understanding and experience with APIs.
SSO configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Experience in data transport and data service integrations.
Proven ability to influence change within customer organizations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
Familiarity with navigating software governance constraints.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Willingness to travel.
Available to work from Dublin, Ireland.
