2. We are seeking an individual with strong knowledge of risk frameworks, control testing and compliance practices.
3. The successful candidate will be able to design, implement and maintain risk and control frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to embed risk management into daily operations. You will also prepare documentation, reports and recommendations for process improvements and control enhancements.

1. Minimum 6 years' experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar role with focus on risk and controls is required.
2. A strong ability to analyse complex processes and recommend practical, business-focused solutions is essential.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across all levels are necessary.
4. Proficiency with process mapping tools, risk assessment methodologies and reporting systems is required.
