The Maintenance Safety Supervisor will play a key part in ensuring that all regulatory safety requirements are met, and that the operating unit remains compliant with incident management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating safety-related activities to promote sustained improvement in EOHSS compliance
* Facilitating local compliance with regulatory safety requirements
* Supporting SAFE IM investigations and providing input for CAPA completion
* Evaluating and promoting a positive safety culture
* Oversight of area risk assessment programs
A key aspect of this role is working closely with the EOHSS team to ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the team remains compliant with external audits.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with technicians and engineers to promote a culture of safety.
