Job Title: Supervisor
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in managing the branch and, in their absence, taking full responsibility for branch operations. The supervisor will ensure the team meets service, sales, and quality targets in a customer-focused environment, while adhering to all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety standards.
Key Tasks:
1. Supervise and actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor.
2. Achieve company and branch objectives and targets.
3. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
4. Record relevant details on in-house systems.
5. Support the Branch Manager with tasks such as audits.
6. Use materials, parts, and equipment efficiently.
7. Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
8. Adhere to the company’s operations manual.
9. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
10. Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
11. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
12. Good technical and motor vehicle experience.
13. Leadership experience is required.
14. Driving license is essential.
15. Ability to work a 5/6 day roster.
