Job Overview
The Teagasc Advisory Office is seeking an experienced individual to support the delivery of its annual business plan goals and objectives. This role is pivotal in providing administrative assistance, operating within a front office environment, managing client queries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative assistance to support advisors in assessing annual client contracts and maintaining client account details.
* Collect and receive client contract and service payments, provide administrative support to local and regional activities, publications, and public relations.
* Assist with agriculture schemes and education courses, attend staff meetings, and represent administration at national meetings.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in a related discipline, at least one year of administrative experience, and computer skills training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong oral and written communication skills, good organizational and time management skills are essential.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience working in a front office environment and/or call centre.
