We support our clients to drive businesses forward, making sure they meet demands for greater transparency, changing market conditions and complex regulatory requirements..About the roleLead and manage financial due diligence engagements across M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligenceProvide strategic insights and recommendations to clientsOversee quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest professional standardsServe as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements, managing expectations and building lasting relationshipsSupervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their technical and professional developmentOriginate new transaction services opportunities through proactive relationship building with private equity firms, corporate clients, financial and legal advisorsRepresent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsCollaborate with other service lines to identify cross-selling opportunitiesPrepare proposals and pitch presentations for prospective clientsMaintain a strong network of referral sources and actively cultivate new relationshipsAbout YouStrong experience in Transaction Services with a proven track record in financial due diligenceProfessional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Demonstrable experience leading complex due diligence engagements across various industries and deal sizesStrong technical accounting and financial analysis skillsExperience in business development and deal origination with a track record of winning new clientsExcellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify key value drivers and transaction risksOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiencesStrong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneouslyLeadership qualities with experience managing and developing teamsHigh attention to detail combined with strategic thinking abilityIf you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
