The Recruitment Company is an Australian company with a well established office in Dublin. From this office we provide highly specialised contract and permanent IT recruitment across Europe.
We have a solid contractor and client base and are now looking to increase our contract recruitment capabilities by hiring a small team of high energy contract recruiters.
The Recruitment Company is known for its amazing customer service, its innovative products and its groundbreaking flexible work environment. This opportunity will allow a talented recruiter to carve our their own niche within a supportive, growing team.
What You Need To Bring
We need someone who fits the following description:
* Solid experience of contract IT recruitment (min 3 years)
* Strong business development capabilities - from cold calling through to account management
* A love of learning
* A genuine passion for providing amazing service
* The ability to grow within a role and develop
* The ability to build and manage a thriving contractor book
