• Manage the P&L statement and lead the results achieved by alliances employees in his/her branch
• Collaborate in recruiting processes interviewing and deciding offer extensions
• Trains and supports alliances Team Leaders in his branch (eg. weekly meetings to review targets & performance)
• Oversee and monitor the performance of the sales alliances structure in his/her branch
• Has accountability for the performance and results of medium-sized teams and trains team members and/or has working knowledge and experience in own discipline, uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems and receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
