For the first time, we are bringing our IT functions together globally, creating a single, integrated organisation that can support the pace and ambition of the wider business. This role sits at the centre of that change.You'll lead the end‑to‑end implementation of both ourISO/IEC 20000 IT service management processesand ourISO/IEC 27001 information security management system,the work that will enable us to secure certification and build a truly world‑class governance framework across VFG.In practical terms, this means you'll design the processes, policies, controls and ways of working that give clarity, structure and confidence to every corner of our OneIT organisation. You'll be hands‑on in how we embed these standards, but also influential in how we use them to improve service quality, raise our security posture, and create a consistent experience for our teams worldwide.Working across every part of OneITYou won't be doing this in isolation. You'll be collaborating with colleagues across all our IT domains, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Information Security, OT and Workplace, as well as our business units across multiple countries.You'll help them understand what "good" looks like. You'll shape and guide how processes come to life. You'll bring people with you. And you'll create the conditions for a strong, scalable, repeatable governance model that genuinely supports the business, rather than slowing it down.What This Role Looks Like Day To DayThe work spans everything from defining frameworks and designing processes to leading risk assessments, overseeing audits, enabling training and preparing the organisation for certification.
