Job Description:
We seek a skilled Project Manager to lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans with the Contracts Manager to meet key milestones.
* Manage and coordinate site operations efficiently, prioritizing Safety, Quality, and Programme.
* Oversee construction programmes, determining staff resources and communicating effectively with your team.
* Implement safety systems and establish an excellent safety culture.
* Control project costs, managing prelims/packages tightly.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager working on large-scale projects.
Proven ability to plan and deliver building projects.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project scheduling software.
