About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled nursing professional to lead our team in providing high-quality care to adults with a learning disability.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing staff and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and develop a dedicated team of nurses to ensure high standards of care are delivered
* To oversee the day-to-day running of our facility, including patient care, staffing, and resources
* To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A first-level nurse with current registration on Part 1 of the NMC Register
* At least 5 years post-qualification experience, with 2 years in a similar care setting within the last 5 years
* Experience in a similar care setting providing nursing care to adults with a learning disability
* A management qualification or 2 years relevant managerial experience at Band 6 level (or suitable equivalent), gained within the last 5 years
