1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the healthcare sector.

2. Negotiate commercial terms across our range of polymer products.

3. Coordinate customer trials and provide technical support.

4. Develop a working pipeline of opportunities and track progress using CRM systems.

5. Contribute to marketing campaigns and strategic planning for new product introductions.

6. Organize customer workshops focused on product-specific and sector-specific developments.

7. Prepare sales reports and customer visit documentation for senior management.

8. Update records of sales activities using Salesforce CRM.

9. Present monthly performance updates during team sales meetings.

10. 2–5 years' experience in a technical or related role (or a strong willingness to learn).

11. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

12. Commercial awareness with negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

13. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing a pipeline independently.

14. Willingness to travel throughout Ireland and potentially Europe.

15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is beneficial.
