Property Manager Role


">Residential Property Management Opportunity -----------------------------------

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the administration of a portfolio of residential developments.
2. Ensure timely and effective communication with clients via various channels, reviewing correspondence and approving drafts where necessary.
3. Manage credit control issues for management companies.
4. Liaise with operations and accounts departments to coordinate work on developments and review audited accounts.
5. Collaborate with senior office administrators regarding insurance policies and claims.
6. Prepare reports for clients and senior management teams.
7. Attend AGMs and other meetings as required.
8. Operate and monitor service level agreements for management companies.
9. Conduct site visits according to individual SLAs and maintain full site knowledge.
10. In conjunction with the project manager, oversee the implementation of project work to achieve successful outcomes.
11. Budget preparation and expenditure control.
12. Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing support staff.
13. Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion and high quality results.
14. Represent the company at board meetings and speak on its behalf.
15. Review and interpret goals and objectives to resolve problems and make recommendations for changes in instructions or guidelines.
16. Understand OMC performance issues and implement programs or recommend solutions to enhance positive aspects.


Requirements:

* Hold a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Possess a degree and proven management experience in the property industry.
* At least three years' experience in a management role with strong management skills in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Demonstrate leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
