1. Collaborate with Assistant Managers and Store Managers to set priorities and objectives.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
3. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
4. Support the implementation of initiatives that promote customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
