Job Summary : We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence across HR processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of HR systems, and is passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience.
Key responsibilities: Manage and optimize HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and employee data management.
Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR reporting.
Generate documents, as required or requested by employees, such as job change letters, salary certificates, reference letters etc Manage daily requests and queries received from employees through the HR Case Management tool in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS systems, in particular Workday.
Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive and deliver documentation of HR Operations processes.
Report on trends in employee queries and requests to support decision-making.
Liaise with counter-parts in teams outside HR Operations to partner on improving process and employee experience.
