Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of complex bids and tenders, from opportunity identification to final submission
Develop bid strategies, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with all requirements
Manage a team of bid professionals and the overall bid strategy for the company
Lead internal teams and stakeholders to produce high-quality, tailored proposals
Maintain detailed bid records and analyse success rates, feedback, and metrics to inform strategy
Mentor and manage junior bid and proposal staff
Contribute to broader Business Development initiatives and strategic planning
Candidate Profile:
7+ years' experience in bid management within corporate or professional services
Proven track record of managing high-value, complex bids successfully
Exceptional project management, writing, and strategic thinking skills
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and senior stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems, digital platforms, and bid management tools
Strong leadership and team mentoring experience
