2. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are required to mentor and guide team members, elevating their knowledge and skills.
3. Experience in leading teams of senior engineers is necessary to drive success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Primary technical liaison for your focus area
2. Collaborate proactively with peers in technology reviews
3. Quantify impacts of technology issues in design reviews
4. Represent the CPU Cores to executive management from a technical perspective
5. Work cross-functionally across CPU Cores team to identify and assess complex technical issues/risks, and develop solutions
6. Work closely with Design teams for Area and Floorplan refinement, Timing targets, Power targets
