Job Description:
This exciting opportunity is to lead the development and nurturing of strategic research partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, academia, and government agencies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, developing and implementing partnership strategies, and collaborating with researchers to advance the university's research agenda.
This temporary 18-month post requires a deep understanding of the higher education sector and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for research partnerships to advance the university's research agenda.
* Identify and secure funding opportunities from industry, academia, and government agencies.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, academics, and government officials.
* Collaborate with researchers to develop and implement partnership strategies.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of research partnerships on the university's research agenda.
Requirements:
* Masters degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
* Minimum five years of experience in research partnerships or a related field.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, academia, and government agencies.
* Strong understanding of the higher education sector and research landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Working Conditions:
