Your role will involve investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing community guidelines, and staying up-to-date on clients' products and community standards. You will also be responsible for providing scalable solutions, analysing data to enhance user experience, and identifying workflow inefficiencies.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need fluency in Lithuanian (C1/C2) and English (C1), as well as a valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport. In-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the region are also essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills are necessary for this position.

We offer a full-time, permanent contract with a choice of day shift (9am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm to 2am) from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday work.
