Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the business.About the Role:This full-time role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy office environment. You'll work closely with the business owners and electricians to coordinate jobs, handle administrative duties, and ensure the office runs efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Answering phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling and managing jobs using ServiceM8Creating and sending invoicesSubmitting weekly working hours to the accountantProcessing and paying supplier bills and contractor invoicesAssisting with VAT returns and other financial tasksOnboarding new staff, including paperwork and system setupGeneral administrative support and office management dutiesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth daily operationsRequirements:Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in a trade or construction business is a plus)Proficient in job management software such as ServiceM8Experience with accounting software like FreshBooksStrong organisational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently with a high level of accuracyProfessional and reliable communication skillsHours:Full-time, Monday to FridayIf you're an experienced administrator ready to take ownership of a busy office role, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWellness programExperience:Office Administration: 1 year (required)Construction Industry: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
