Package details:€65,000 + package Full-time role with exposure to a large-scale residential project Opportunity to develop and grow within the HSE function Responsibilities: Monitor, support, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across the site Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards Support project teams in implementing safety and environmental management systems Investigate incidents, near misses, and environmental occurrences, ensuring corrective actions are taken Deliver toolbox talks, training, and inductions to staff and contractors Maintain records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards Promote a proactive safety culture on site and support continuous improvement initiatives Key skills required: Minimum 3 years' EHS experience within the construction sector Knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and environmental regulations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Practical, hands-on approach to safety and environmental management Ability to work independently while supporting wider project teams
