Job Description
* Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.
* Grow assigned customer base revenue by providing fast, accurate, and proactive sales support.
* Maintain operational efficiency, CRM discipline, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and retention.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Utilize data analysis to inform sales decisions and optimize account management.
Requirements
* At least 13 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (B2B environment preferred).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar).
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy sector is an advantage.
