Job Title: Health Safety and Environmental Advisor

The role of the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Advisor is to provide expert guidance and support to project managers and other personnel on implementing and maintaining HSE systems and standards on site. This involves promoting safe working practices, conducting regular site inspections and reporting findings, and ensuring that projects meet company health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance to project managers and other personnel on implementing and maintaining HSE systems and standards on site.
\
* Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
\
* Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to relevant personnel.
\
* Ensure that all projects have been provided with the necessary HSE documentation.
\
* Review and advise on HSE project plans to ensure they meet company standards.
\
* Assist in incident investigation and report writing.
\
* Keep up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and regulations.
\
* Communicate and promote HSE initiatives to project managers and other personnel.
\
\
Requirements:
\
\
* Level 7 qualification in Health and Safety.
\
* 3 years successful postgraduate experience in Project HSE Management.
\
* Thorough knowledge of ISO: 45001 and ISO: 14001 standards.
\
* Working towards graduate membership of IOSH.
\
* Ability to deliver internal health and safety management courses.
\
* Ability to conduct standard accident/incident investigations.
\
* Ability to write HSE site reports.
\
