About the RoleWe're partnering with a growing EuropeanFinTechbuilding innovative, data-driven products distributed by major finance partners across multiple markets. You'll be the hands-on owner of brand, product UI/UX, and communications, shaping how customers and stakeholders experience the product suite from day one.The work is varied and fast-moving: one week you'll refine a design system and key user flows; the next you'll craft client-facing decks, email comms, and social content that tells a clear, compelling story.ResponsibilitiesCreate and evolve brand identities across the core brand, regional brands, and select white-label implementations.Lead UI/UX for websites, web apps, dashboards, and internal portals (flows, wireframes, prototypes, microcopy).Own tone, clarity, and consistency across digital copy and visual design.Produce customer communications (emails, presentations, one-pagers) and internal enablement assets (diagrams, charts, infographics).Deliver on-brand social media assets and templates.Maintain a coherent design system and visual language across all touchpoints.Collaborate directly with the executive team and key enterprise clients to translate needs into elegant design outcomes.You'll Thrive Here If YouEnjoy end-to-end ownership, and switching between product design and brand/marketing.Communicate clearly, manage stakeholders well, and can defend decisions with user-centred reasoning.Are comfortable in a remote, high-autonomy environment and iterating quickly.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong UI skillsProficiency with Figma .Experience creating presentations and sales/marketing collateral/demosFamiliarity with modern no-code CMS/website builders (e.g., Webflow, Wix, or similar).Excellent written and visual communication; strong planning and prioritisation.This is a remote role based in Ireland, you must be in Ireland and have full working rights to be considered for this particular role.
