Job Title: Operations Shift Manager
As a seasoned Operations Shift Manager, you will be responsible for driving production schedules and leading the activities of your team to meet operational, quality, and health & safety work instructions.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A Level 7 or 8 HETAC Science/Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline.
2. At least 3-5 years' experience in injection moulding or automated assembly.
3. A minimum of 5 years' supervisory/leadership experience.
You should also possess excellent lean operations leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Additionally, you must be performance-driven with the ability to motivate yourself and others. Your knowledge of cGMP principles is essential as well as Microsoft Office, MS Project & ERP systems.
