We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our business - greeting visitors, answering calls and providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer, screen and direct phone call.
* manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document management
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars
* Support other departments with as hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential

Pay: €28,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
