We are currently seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our Graduate cohort in 2026. Your role will be crucial in delivering solutions for our clients across water, wastewater, energy and environmental management projects. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working alongside experienced professionals who are eager to mentor and guide you. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high‑profile projects, from the planning and design phases to on‑site implementation, gaining hands‑on experience that will fast‑track your career.
About You
* Qualified, or soon to be qualified, with a Third level degree qualification (level 7 or higher) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Adaptable: able to remain calm in new and changing situations, comfortably switching between dynamic and exciting tasks.
* Perseverant: stay composed in the face of setbacks, approaching challenges with confidence and determination.
* Collaborative: strong communication skills and work effectively with many different people, considering others’ perspectives to shape better outcomes.
* Problem‑solving: love to give thoughts based on observations, unafraid to challenge conventional thinking.
Driver’s licence would be a distinct advantage as some site visits may be required.
