Job Title: Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others.
This role involves working with individuals who have acquired brain injuries, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and maximize their independence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Rehabilitation Assistants and maintaining strong working relationships within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work in a dual Rehabilitation Assistant and Supervising role supporting and assisting people with an acquired brain injury on every aspect of activities of daily living.
* To provide staff leadership support and assist the Local Service Manager with managerial duties and responsibilities.
* To supervise Rehabilitation Assistants and maintain strong working relationships within the team.
Requirements:
* A relevant 3rd level qualification in the Human Services Sector (e.g., Health or Social Care).
* A minimum of 2 year's experience working in residential or community social care setting.
* Must be able to write and speak English to a high standard.
* IT skills that include Word and Microsoft Outlook.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
