Job Overview:
Lennox is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* To drive sales revenue growth for the equipment product line by developing and executing targeted strategies with Area Business Managers.
* Provide commercial and technical support to Area Business Managers, External Specialists, and Business Support Specialists for quotation and tender submissions.
* Collaborate closely with key account managers to deliver exceptional account management support for our equipment product line.
* Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
* Facilitate coordination and communication among Area Business Managers, External Specialists, and Business Support Specialists working on the same account.
* Support the establishment of sales budgets for the equipment product line and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
* Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts for your product area as required.
* Analyze sales figures and implement effective actions to drive growth and improvement.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge within our equipment portfolio and stay up-to-date on key suppliers and competitors' offerings to position yourself as an expert in your field.
* Support supplier relationship management initiatives.
* Attend meetings as necessary, including evenings and weekends.
* Present monthly sales meeting reports on product line performance against company targets.
* Identify and analyze potential strategic partner relationships for the company.
* Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, leveraging your experience and skills to contribute to the team's success.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Sales and Business Support Specialist teams, all other relevant departments, suppliers, and customers.
