Job Title: Credit Account Administrator
Reporting to the Financial Controller, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Credit Account Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control customer orders according to agreed credit terms.
* Manage and analyze customer accounts for efficient collections or payment processing.
* Process month-end procedures, including statements and reports.
* Assist in bad debt collection and liaise with sales managers for account management.
* Handle daily administration queries and perform day-to-day maintenance on existing and new accounts.
* Process cash reconciliations and lodgements, if necessary.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
