As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training and change management programmes that drive business results and improve organisational performance.
* Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Designing and delivering training programmes that meet client objectives.
* Managing projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery and meeting client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have degree-qualified experience in consulting, preferably prior experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes. Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
