Overview
We're partnering with a fast-paced
FMCG business
in the South West who are looking to appoint an
FP&A Manager
— ideally a
qualified accountant (1–3 years PQE)
who's looking to take ownership of planning, forecasting and performance insight across a growing consumer brand.
You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to bring the numbers to life — challenging assumptions, shaping commercial decisions, and driving continuous improvement in reporting and analysis.
What you'll be doing
Leading the budgeting, forecasting and month-end performance review cycles.
Building and improving
Power BI dashboards
to provide real-time visibility of sales, margin and cost trends.
Partnering with commercial and operational teams to deliver actionable insight that influences strategy.
Supporting scenario and sensitivity analysis, pricing decisions and promotional planning.
Developing reporting tools and automations to improve speed and accuracy of data.
What we're looking for
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), ideally 1–3 years post-qualified.
Experience within
FMCG or consumer-led environments
where pace and insight matter.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on
Power BI
and Excel capability.
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and presenting findings clearly.
