As a Sales District Manager Trainee for Frito-Lay, you will complete a 9-month onboarding program designed to develop the skills needed to promote to a Sales District Manager position. The program includes 4-6 months of route-level training to learn the business fundamentals, our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network, and supply chain, along with the role of frontline route sales reps you will eventually lead.
Responsibilities
* Complete all activities in the Sales District Manager Trainee onboarding program.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and store management while executing sales programs.
* Lead district meetings focused on achieving sales objectives.
* Coach route sales reps on performance, sales, and customer service skills.
* Develop sales strategies using statistical data and PepsiCo applications.
* Partner with the supply team to ensure product availability based on forecasts.
* Deliver sales presentations to customers as needed.
* Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits
* Expected salary ranges from $60,000 to $100,500, depending on experience and location.
* Post-training promotion to Sales District Leader with a 15% bonus target.
* Additional salary increases upon promotion, within guidelines.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* At least 2 years of team leadership with proven sales results.
* Experience in consumer packaged goods and DSD environment preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT & Fleet qualifications.
* Safe driving record preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
* Legal right to work in the U.S.
