As a Senior Grade Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to children with disabilities and a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessing, Diagnosing, and Treating: Identify and address speech, language, and communication needs in children with disabilities.
* Developing Therapy Plans: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
* SUPPORTING COMMUNICATION GOALS: Help individuals achieve their communication objectives and enhance their overall quality of life.
* Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure compliance with professional standards by maintaining precise records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist, the right to work in Ireland, and proven experience as a Senior Grade Speech and Language Therapist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Knowledge and understanding of best practices in speech and language therapy are also required.
