We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate Part-time Bookkeeper/Administrator to join multinational client. Position will be based in Ennis, Co. Clare and offered on part time (3 days per week) with attractive salary and longer-term career opportunities for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
1. Documenting financial transaction details
2. Preparing and filing financial documents
3. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
4. Fact-checking accounting data
5. Reconciling company accounts
Administration:
6. Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
7. Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
8. Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
9. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
10. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Key Skills & Experience:
11. Previous experience working in a similar role in fast paced global organisation
12. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft suite of products – e.g. Excel etc.
13. Ability to work effectively as part of team with minimum direction
14. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively across the organisation at all levels.
15. Strong attention to detail.
16. Ability to prioritise workload in line with business deadlines.
