ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
* Provide a tailored, high-quality customer experience.
* Build expert knowledge of the brand and products.
* Meet sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
* Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process.
* Ensure a smooth handover of sold vehicles.
* Maintain the showroom and display areas to brand standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 2+ years of sales experience (motor industry experience is a plus).
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
* A positive, self-motivated attitude with a drive for success.
* Fluent in spoken and written English with full work authorization in Ireland.
* Full, clean driving license and flexibility to work Saturdays.
