Care Coordinator Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to lead the implementation and provision of quality care in a Residential Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our service is delivered in a safe, respectful, empathetic, and person-centred manner.
The post holder will have overall responsibility for the coordination and leadership of care delivery, promoting inclusion in community life and adherence to HIQA standards and regulations. Essential requirements include a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care, full clean driving license, and willingness to drive as part of the role.
Qualifications: Be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or be entitled to be so registered, and hold an appropriate management qualification in health or social care management.
