Job Opportunity for Graduate Lead Educator
Are you a dedicated and experienced early years educator looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Lead Educator to join our established early years service.
This is a full-time position, working with children aged between 2.5 to 12 years, providing a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
The successful candidate will have a minimum QQI Level 7 Qualification or QQI Level 8 in Early Years Education, as approved by the Department of Children, Disability and Equality (DCDE).
Key responsibilities include:
* Working collaboratively with children and experienced educators to support their education and development
* Leading the planning of learning opportunities that meet individual needs and interests of children under the ECCE and SAC programme
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's development and learning journals, sharing this with parents and other key adults in their life
* Supporting staff to engage in good team working, training, and support to fulfill their roles and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, Tusla Child Protection training, Garda Vetting, First Aid certification, and a genuine passion for working with young children in partnership with an early years team.
