A major mission-led public service organisation is seeking an exceptional Chief Operations Officer to lead large-scale operations, service delivery, governance, transformation and digital enablement across a complex national programme environment. This is a high-impact executive role for a proven senior leader who can turn strategy into operational excellence, strengthen performance and assurance, and lead large, geographically dispersed teams through change.
