Senior Programme Contract Manager Job Opportunity
This is a challenging role for an experienced contract professional to oversee daily management and seamless delivery of Partner Support Services contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and implement effective contract management strategies.
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, terms, reporting, and legal obligations.
* Negotiate and manage change orders, claims, disputes, and new tasks within the NEC 4 framework.
* Promote a collaborative approach in contract-related meetings, including early warning discussions.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years' experience in managing complex projects and teams within major capital programmes.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (Honours Bachelor Degree) or equivalent in a relevant field.
* A Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a related area would be advantageous.
* Registration as a certified expert in the NEC Accreditation Register (NEC Reg).
