About the Role
As a Trade Counter & Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
* Greet and assist customers at the trade counter
* Handle phone and email sales queries and process orders
* Provide admin support to the sales team
* Oversee the management of stock and picked orders for collection or delivery
* Supervise the Trade Counter and Warehouse team.
This position suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys dealing with customers, and is eager to learn and grow within a sales-focused company.
What You Need
* Valid counterbalance and high reach forklift licences
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Experience in a trade counter or warehouse setting is a strong advantage
