Job Title: Finance Transformation Lead
A leading financial services firm is seeking a seasoned transformation professional to spearhead a multi-year finance initiative.
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream finance transformation programme
* Develop and implement project plans, RAID logs and progress reports for senior stakeholders
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to design new finance processes and identify opportunities for automation
* Support system integration activities, data migration and testing plans to ensure seamless process transition
* Facilitate workshops to ensure cross-functional alignment and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
* Manage budgets, resources and programme timelines to achieve desired outcomes
* Support change management activities including training and communication to ensure smooth process adoption
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex change initiatives across finance functions, strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.
* Strong project management skills with experience in delivering large-scale transformation programmes
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and drive business outcomes
* Experience working in a regulated environment with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
