Job Description:
The Opportunity
We are seeking an E-Commerce/Customer Service Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves managing customer supply-related queries, processing orders, and ensuring data accuracy within SAP. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with various departments to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Manage all customer orders, including export, accurately on SAP.
* Maintain accurate customer and pricing data on SAP.
* Address customer and consumer complaints promptly.
* Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
* Generate and analyze key metrics and reports.
* Monitor and resolve EDI queries, IDOCs, and disputes.
* Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage credits, disputes, and financial documents.
* Build relationships with logistics providers and internal teams.
* Participate in process improvements and demonstrate flexibility.
* Serve as a super-user for SAP, Business Objects, and Excel.
* Contribute to continuous improvement strategies to enhance customer experience.
* Support the Customer Service Team Lead in daily operations.
The Skills you will bring to the team
* Third-level qualification in Business Studies, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
* Experience in FMCG or a related environment with strong commercial awareness.
* Proven customer service experience and knowledge of customer service metrics and systems.
* Excellent SAP skills, understanding of export compliance, and documentation.
* Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments preferred.
* Proficiency in Sales Order Processing and Microsoft Office.
* High energy, creativity, initiative, and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to meet targets in a dynamic industry with attention to detail and customer focus.
